I found the optometrist extremely competent. My vision has been changing and my old optometrist and various ophthalmologists I have been seeing at Mass Eye & Ear couldn't find good solutions. I was surprised when Dr. Cheng told me she goes to the conferences and trade shows regularly. Her continuing interest in learning and improving her patient care definitely sets her apart from others in the field. I feel that I have hugely benefited from her interest in the latest technologies and products because she was the first eye doctor who was able to help me find a satisfactory solution to my vision problem, for which I am very grateful.
